Standard Capabilities — All Products
6 STAGES OF
PRECISION.
Every bag passes through a fully integrated production cycle — from raw polymer granulate to finished, printed, and palletised packaging — without leaving the factory floor.

Extrusion
Raw polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded into flat tapes — the foundation of every woven bag. UV stabilisers and colour concentrates are blended at this stage.

Weaving
Tapes are loaded onto high-speed circular looms that interlace them into a continuous tubular fabric. The weave density determines bag strength and porosity.

Lamination
A thin PP or BOPP film is hot-laminated onto the woven fabric, creating a smooth, printable surface and adding moisture resistance.

Printing
Up to 6 colours are printed roll-to-roll directly onto the laminated surface with high registration accuracy, enabling crisp brand graphics and product information.

Conversion
Fabric is slit, folded, bottom-sealed, and valve-fitted on the AD*STAR conversion line — transforming continuous tube into individual finished bags.

Packaging
Finished bags are counted, compressed into bales or stacked on pallets by the hydraulic baling press, and strapped for compact, efficient transport.

AUSTRIAN PRECISION.
CENTRAL ASIAN SCALE.
Since the 1970s, Starlinger has been the global benchmark for polypropylene woven bag technology. Gayur Pack operates a full suite of 7 Starlinger production lines — covering every stage from raw tape to finished bag.
BUILT FOR
B2B SCALE.
Austrian Technology
A complete set of 7 Starlinger machines — the global leader in polypropylene bag production since the 1970s. Zero compromise on equipment quality.
100+ Million Bags / Year
One of Central Asia's highest-capacity PP bag facilities. Whether you need 10,000 or 10 million bags — the infrastructure is ready.
On-Site QC Laboratory
Every batch is tested before shipping. Our in-house lab ensures consistent tensile strength, valve integrity, and print quality across all runs.
Full-Cycle Production
Polymer granulate arrives. Finished, printed, palletised bags leave. The entire process happens under one roof, eliminating supply chain risk.
